Bad UX of EBL's ATM

Eastern Bank Ltd is notorious for its horrible banking app. Despite a lot of criticism, they have not updated their app yet. The UX of that app is so horrific that I don’t know where I should start. I have a dual currency card from EBL. I never used that because of the app and consequently switched to CityTouch, a decent app.
My payroll account for my new job is at EBL; hence I don’t have any other choice this time.

Apple silently bought a classical music streaming service, Primephonic, and killed it to launch its own. Apple did it to solve a UX problem—searching classical music by its convoluted names.
Classical music’s naming conventions are not as simple as those of modern genres like pop, rock, indie, etc. The titles of classical music include a lot of information, so searching for and finding the desired piece gets tricky.
I wrote an article on how Apple solved this UX problem, which got published on UX Collective.

📢 Check out my latest blog post on Medium!🚀 “The Reddit Blackout: How Bad UX Triggered a User Uprising.” 📝✨
We are observing perhaps one of the biggest damages to a company for not prioritizing its users. While Reddit’s official app continuously failed to provide a good user experience and meet its users’ needs, third-party Reddit clients continued designing the apps, putting the users front and center.
